Do you accept Sickles, Galleons or first born children as payment?
Will my package come via Flying Monkey or Owl Post?
Unfortunately not, but we do offer $5.00 shipping on orders up to 5 lbs (most orders total less than 5 lbs) via USPS Priority Mail anywhere in the United States. Orders upwards of 5 lbs are assessed by weight, and will ship for between $10.00 and $15.00 domestically. Please allow 5-7 days for your order to arrive.
Do you ship to the non-continental Wizarding World?
Yes! We do offer international shipping for most items. International orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail International for $15.00 on orders up to 5 lbs (most orders total less than 5 lbs). Orders upwards of 5 lbs are assessed by weight, and will ship for between $25.00 and $45.00 internationally. Please allow 6-10 days for your order to arrive, though shipping can take longer depending on customs and destination.
When will my order Magically Appear?
All items will be shipped within 2-4 business days of placing your order and a confirmation message will be sent when they are in the mail. We ship via USPS, so please allow 5-7 business days for domestic packages and 6-10 days for international packages to arrive. If your items require expedited shipping, please contact us to discuss faster options.
What if I have trouble using using your Enchanted Objects?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are dissatisfied in any way, please email us as soon as possible at NestandTessellate@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve your concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner. Returns must be pre-approved and postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Please note that Nest & Tessellate is unable to absorb the cost of return shipping, and that this expense will be the responsibility of the buyer. Goods must reach us in excellent condition in order to be accepted for a refund of the purchase price. Be sure that when you package the item to send, that it is well protected for shipping (a good rule of thumb is to think of the impact the box would sustain if dropped from waist height).
What if I love my Amulet/Talisman/Warding Tile so hard it breaks?
If an item gets damaged through regular use, please contact NestandTessellate@gmail.com for a repair form and return address. Repairs will have a fee assessed in accordance with the cost of time and materials involved, which must be paid in advance of the repair. Please note that Nest & Tessellate is unable to absorb the cost of return shipping, and that this expense will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the piece, please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs to be made unless otherwise communicated. Be sure that when you package the item to send, that it is well protected for shipping (a good rule of thumb is to think of the impact the box would sustain if dropped from waist height).
Do you work with individual Witches to Craft customized pieces?
Yes! Please contact us directly with requests for customized artwork by emailing us at NestandTessellate@gmail.com. We will asses these inquiries on a case by case basis, and reply with a price quote and time frame within 2-4 days, unless otherwise communicated. Should you accept the proposal, full payment is required in advance, at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs will be calculated and charged separately upon completion of work. How should I care for my Magical Object once I receive it?
Our pieces are made of a variety of materials, but are primarily composed of base metals (brass or copper), stoneware and artwork applied to hardwood panels. Some jewelry findings may be made of sterling silver, to avoid irritation when worn against the skin. Other materials may include cultivated mineral crystals, organic cultures like moss or animal fibers. All materials are sourced responsibly whenever possible. Will you keep my identity as a Magic-user private?
Yes! We respect your right to privacy! Nest and Tessellate collects information strictly for our own business activities and will not sell or redistribute your information to any third parties for any purpose other than order fulfillment. What if I’m a Muggle (a non-magic user), can I still like your stuff?
Yes, we don’t discriminate! If you like our art for aesthetic reasons alone, that’s just fine with us, we support you and hope that you will do the same for us.
